Hi, I’m Jess.

I’m a proud mom to my two kids, Nick (15) and Mia (13), and we live in West Bridgewater—my hometown—along with our two dogs. This community isn’t just where I work, it’s home. It’s where I’m raising my family, building my business, and helping others create their next chapter.

My journey into real estate didn’t start the traditional way. 

Back in 2016, as a newly single mom, I knew I had to build something stable and meaningful for my family. I started investing in multifamily properties, eventually growing to 26 rental units that I managed myself. Through the highs and challenges, especially during COVID and the eviction moratorium, I learned firsthand what it really takes to navigate real estate, problem-solve under pressure, and keep moving forward.

That experience shaped everything I do today.

Now, as a Realtor with Lamacchia Realty and the owner of JPetroHomes LLC, I specialize in helping homeowners who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next step. Whether that means buying a home as-is for a fair price or helping someone maximize their value through renovations, staging, and strategic listing, I’m here to create solutions, not pressure.

I also flip homes by taking properties that need a second chance and bringing them back to life. There’s something really special about transforming a space and then seeing a new family walk in and make it theirs.

But for me, it’s never just about the house. It’s about people.

I believe in “flipping with a heart”, treating every client like they matter, because they do. Real estate can be emotional, stressful, and uncertain, and my job is to guide you through it with honesty, clarity, and a plan that actually works for you.

Outside of real estate, I’m deeply passionate about giving back. I’m currently working on building a foundation to create a retreat home for families affected by pediatric cancer, a place where they can rest, recharge, and just be together.
